Are the Silicone Skin Defense strips reusable?
Yes! The Silicone Skin Defense sheets are washable and reusable up to 15x. To wash, hand wash in warm water with gentle soap then lay flat with adhesive side up to dry.

This set of postpartum recovery essentials was fantastic. Value-wise it feels like you're getting a lot of high-quality items for the price. I feel like anything you might need and want while healing postpartum is included. My favorite item was the Silicone Skin Defense patches. It feels like I'm having a self-care night when I use them, a little bit of luxurious me time. I also love that they're reusable!
I got a lot of use out of most. of the items, especially the healing foam, peri bottle, socks, and underwear so far. I haven't used the Luxe Belly Wrap but I'm excited to put it on. I also like the toiletry bag that it comes with, I'm going to get a lot of use out of that. The only thing that I've had to get myself was a pack of disposable postpartum pads but the kit has everything else I've needed to heal and pamper myself postpartum.
I would definitely recommend this kit to friends who are about to give birth as it's been so nice to use myself.

I am so grateful to have The Heal is Real Deluxe: Ultimate Postpartum kit as my son was just born and I am fresh in the postpartum days. It truly is the ultimate kit! It has all the essentials already bundled together to take care of myself without me needing to think about all the different things I would need, especially as a first time mom. The bush to tush healing foam, reusable hot and cold gel packs, and peri bottle were especially helpful in my healing journey as they all helped provide major relief from discomfort as my body was recovering and needed soothing in the early postpartum days. The belly tightening cream, belly wrap, and skin defense were all essential in helping me feel more like myself in a time where you need it most. Though it seems to be more on the expensive side, I do feel it is worth the value as it’s all inclusive for what is needed postpartum and aids to recovery!
Just gave birth to my second baby via VBAC. Having had a prior csection, I had no idea what to expect for recovery for a vaginal birth or what I may need. This recovery kit was ESSENTIAL when I was in the hospital and while recovering at home. I love how the kit is already curated to include the essentials so you don't have to think about what individual items you may need. Some of the items included I was unsure would be needed and would not have bought if buying individual items, but in the end I was actually thankful those items were in the kit (Gripper socks, disposable underwear, gel packs). It felt like a luxury to have a pair of comfortable socks in the hospital as the ones the hospital provided were not comfortable and did not want to stay on. The recovery underwear was also great to have once home as the first few days of recovery can be too messy for your nicer underwear...
Each product in this kit is high quality but my favorites are the toiletry bag, belly tightening cream, healing foam, and upside down peri bottle. The toiletry bag is amazing quality, I was shocked when taking it out of the box. It's easy to see everything you have packed with the clear panel instead of digging around. While the other side of the bag is a very plush sturdy material that feels high quality. It was the perfect size to fit all my small items for showering while also a few larger items needed such as the peri bottle and foam spray. I can't wait to use this as my primary travel toiletry bag going forward. The belly tightening cream is amazing! I wish I had started using this at the start of my pregnancy. It is very light weight but deeply moisturizing/nourishing. It has a very light and faint scent to it which I appreciate as I typically don't like scented products but this is heavenly and I was pleasantly surprised. I've used the peri bottle religiously since birth and still will be for a few weeks, I could not live without it right now. I had very bad tearing during birth that needs to be rinsed thoroughly during each bathroom trip. Unfortunately 4 days post birth and I'm still unable to fit into the belly wrap so I would definitely size up. This postpartum recovery kit includes so many useful things to aid in postpartum recovery. My personal favorites were the upside down peri bottle, belly wrap, and reusable silicone patches to help with stretch marks. The belly wrap is helpful especially within the first two weeks to help give your core a more secure feeling. I think the silicone patches would also be useful if you had a c section. I love that it comes neatly packaged in a toiletry kit that can be reused. It was nice to have this kit during recovery, but I also got most of the same basic items from the hospital. For this reason, I likely wouldn’t buy it for myself but I can see myself giving it as a gift to an expecting mom friend. Overall, this kit seems like a decent value given that it includes a belly wrap. Thank you to the Stellar Testing Panel for providing me with this postpartum recovery kit.
As a second time mom, I knew exactly what I would be reaching for during my postpartum recovery. This kit really had it all for me plus some bonus items that I really ended up loving. The packaging was super cute and makes it very easy to gift to an expecting mom. The total for each individual item together would cost way more than this all-inclusive bundle so the value is definitely there. As for variety, it covers all the bases in my opinion. From the belly wrap and silicone patches to the soothing witch hazel and cooling gel pack, each item has come in clutch for me so far. My absolute favorite item has to be the belly wrap. The quality is sturdy and it provides good support for my posture. I’m looking forward to seeing the results of the wrap with the silicone gel patches. Also the peri bottle is BPA free. The entire kit has been incredibly useful during these fragile first few weeks. The only thing I would change is adding more disposable underwear.
