I’m absolutely in love with this breakfast Popsicle that doubles as a post workout treat! If you’re pressed for time like most new moms, then you’ll want to stock your fridge with these delish take-along goodies! 


Simply blend or mix your favorite fruit or left over smoothie, your choice of protein powder, Greek or coconut yogurt, honey and Baby Brain Organics into popsicle molds. Allow mixture to freeze, and there you have it - refreshing, delish and super-healthy popsicles you can enjoy anytime!
