These knee-high socks minimize uncomfortable swelling in your calves, ankles, and feet.
It’s a great idea to put your socks on first thing in the morning before any swelling occurs. If you’re already experiencing swelling, lay down and rest your legs on an elevated pillow for about 15 minutes to help reduce swelling before putting your socks on. Cornstarch or talcum powder can help compression socks slide on when your skin is either moist or too dry (Psssst…Not a great idea to try and put these on if you've first put lotion on your feet or legs).
Put your arm all the way into your compression socks. Especially for knee-high socks, your arm will go all the way in until your palm is on the heel of the sock. Pinch the middle of the heel of the sock, now pull the top of your sock down your arm so it’s flipped inside out. When you reach your thumb (while still holding the heel of the sock) this gives you easy access to put it on your foot. Now, slip your foot in and try rolling the sock up towards your knee.
Wash inside out with like colors

So glad I purchased these compression socks. They feel supportive and reduce the swelling from being on my feet all day. Wish I would have purchased another pair.
I first want to start off by saying that I love these socks! When you first put them on, they feel uncomfortably tight, but then after a bit, they feel very comforting. I slept in them and then didn't want to take them off all day long the next day. I bought a size 2 because I have bigger calves from being a weightlifter, but then the heel portion was too big and ended up marking along my ankle. I kept them anyway, because the size 1 would likely not fit my calves. The only gripe that I have is that the material is a magnet for lint/fuzz, which is not attractive. The moment I put them on, everything started clinging to them (like lint from my sheets) and I wanted to wear them to the gym w/shorts, so I lint rolled them, but the socks are like a magnet for more lint, no matter what you do. If you care about that, do not opt for the black color.
These compression socks are GREAT! They're easy to get on (once you know the secret of getting compression socks actually on :)) and are wonderful to have on your feet all day, especially during the winter months.
I was driving eight hours every weekend and I would wear these on my drive during the second and third trimester. I absolutely loved how much compression they have! They are not easy to get on and off but compression never is easy.
I liked the way these looked. These are so comfortable and really helped my whole body feel more comfortable the last trimester. Thanks!
