Description

Our patented Luxe Belly Bandit Belly Wrap was 10 years in the making and worth the wait! We have combined the best features of our wraps and corsets to create an incredible, form-fitting wrap that provides the ultimate in targeted postpartum compression and support.  Ultra-thin, breathable, invisible under clothes and designed with our Stayput™ technology and SecureStretch™ fabric, this wrap has it all!

Why You'll Love It

Our SecureStretch™ fabric applies targeted compression, which may help:

  • Compress and support your belly, waist and hips
  • Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy (especially helpful if you have an abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti)
  • Promote mobility, helping you get back to your daily activities more quickly
  • Ease back pain
  • Provide comfort after C-section
  • Encourage better posture, especially important during breastfeeding
Details Matter
  • Patented design features 5 levels of targeted compression for the perfect cinch
  • Stayput™ Technology keeps wrap in place
  • Our tallest wrap for complete belly coverage
  • 11” tall in the front and 12” in the back
  • Body contouring panels for core and back support
  • Dual closures made of bonded microfiber for maximum adjustability
  • Arched design helps minimize back bulge
  • Fits 10” Luxe Belly Wrap Extender
How To Wear

The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)

Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.

WHEN TO WEAR

We recommend wearing your Belly Wrap immediately post-delivery, for a minimum of 6-10 weeks. However, many women find wrapping to be effective long after this initial period. If you're breastfeeding, the hormone relaxin may stay in your system longer, giving you even more time to benefit from postpartum compression. Some cultures bind up to a year post delivery!

If you have any concerns about being "too late" for the Belly Bandit Belly Wrap, we encourage you to check out our Mother Tucker® Shapewear Collection. The Mother Tucker line features compression tanks, leggings, shorts, and our popular Mother Tucker Corset.

Comfortable

I didn’t wear any wrap my first pregnancy because things I bought were so uncomfortable. I can actually where they luxe all day and night. I can really tell a difference as well.

Great about 10 days post-delivery.

I know every woman’s experience is different, but here’s mine if it’s helpful.
I used the sizing chart exactly and got a medium. I was already a little skeptical if a medium would fit, so I also got the extender.

Right after my c section, I couldn’t fit in the medium even with the extender, so I used an abdominal binder that the hospital gave me. I was able to wear the belly wrap with the extender six days post-c section; after ten days, I could wear just the wrap without the extender.

The wrap itself is great. I wear it with the mother tucker for a bit of extra support. Just a word of caution (at least in my case) that I couldn’t fit into the wrap immediately post partum.

Game changer

I’m 10 days post C-section (my second) and I’ve been wearing the Luxe wrap since day 3 and so happy with the results. I didn’t use a wrap with my first and my stomach looks the way I did at 3 months pp with my first. I feel much more secure and in tact. It’s comfortable to wear all day/night and I feel it has made my recovery so much easier. 10/10 would recommend.

Comfort

I bought my belly band kind of late in the game so I am not sure I am getting the full effect. I started wearing it at 5 weeks post partum. I do think it is helping some though. The one issue is that it is not comfortable to wear. The wires/banding that run verticals hit my rib cage and roll down. It is pretty uncomfortable:(.

Rides up on long torso with big hips

I like the luxe band and have definitely seen a difference but my band does ride up in the back no matter what I do. I'm smaller up top with big hips so I think the riding up is inevitable. If you have a long torso go for this one over the bff wrap, trust me I've tried both.
