Bandita of the Month Terms

If you submit, release, exchange, share, post or send any content, copy, photo, video, media, reviews, creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'shared materials'), to us or make available to us, or otherwise voluntarily submit to or through us as part of your use of the Services, including the website, Social Media or App, you hereby waive and release all claims, interests and title to such shared materials and irrevocably consent to and agree that we may, at any time, without restriction and without prior or any notice to you, edit, manipulate, alter, copy, publish, distribute, promote, translate and otherwise use in any medium the shared materials in perpetuity and grant to us a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid, royalty-free, sub-licensable and fully transferable (in whole or part) worldwide license to use, reproduce, transmit, display, exhibit, distribute, index, comment on, modify, create derivative works based upon, perform and otherwise exploit the shared materials, in whole or in part, in all media formats and distribution methods now known or hereafter devised (including on the Site and App, in email and other promotional campaigns and on third party sites promoting the Services) including but not limited to in advertising, promoting, and marketing, all without further notice to you, with or without attribution, without limitation as to frequency, and without the requirement of any permission from or payment to you or to any other person or entity. By submitting the shared materials, you represent and warrant that the shared materials and your communication thereof conform to these Terms, and that you own or have the necessary sole and exclusive rights, title, interests, licenses, consents and permissions, without the need for any permission from or payment to any other person or entity, to exploit, and to authorize us to exploit, the shared materials in all manners contemplated by these Terms. You waive all moral and Droit Moral rights in the shared materials which may be available to you in any part of the world and confirm that no such rights have been asserted. None of the shared materials will be subject to any obligation, whether of confidentiality, attribution or otherwise, on our part and we will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any the shared materials. You may not terminate the waiver and release of such interests to us.

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third-parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
