B.F.F. Belly Wrap
B.F.F. Belly Wrap
Over a decade ago, we introduced our doctor-recommended Belly Bandit® Belly Wraps to help slim and your support your belly, waist and hips post-delivery. We were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of postpartum belly binding and modernized this age-old practice for today's moms.
Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we!
*Belly Bandit® is the premiere FDA Registered Medical Device brand in Maternity Support Products and Postpartum Belly Wraps and Corsets.
The B.F.F. utilizes our Power Compress Core™ to apply targeted compression, which may help:
- Slim and support your belly, waist, and hips
- Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy (especially helpful if you have an abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti)
- Promote mobility, helping you get back to your daily activities more quickly
- Ease back pain
- Provide comfort after C-section
- Encourage better posture, especially important during breastfeeding
- Offer support while exercising
Recommended for those with shorter waists
- Features our exclusive, latex-free Power Compress Core™
- 9" of adjustability so you can continue to tighten the wrap as you size down
- Curved design
- 6 support panels
- 2 compression panels with 2 tabs to customize compression level and fit
- Covered in silky-soft viscose from Bamboo
The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)
Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.
WHEN TO WEAR
We recommend wearing your Belly Wrap immediately post-delivery, for a minimum of 6-10 weeks. However, many women find wrapping to be effective long after this initial period. If you're breastfeeding, the hormone relaxin may stay in your system longer, giving you even more time to benefit from postpartum compression. Some cultures bind up to a year post delivery!
If you have any concerns about being "too late" for the Belly Bandit Belly Wrap, we encourage you to check out our Mother Tucker® Shapewear Collection. The Mother Tucker line features compression tanks, leggings, shorts, and our popular Mother Tucker Corset.

Finding Your Size
Please note, every “body” is different and determining your postpartum Belly Wrap size is not an exact science. Measure around your belly at the largest part, which is usually around the belly button. In the sizing calculator, select your week of pregnancy and belly measurement. The calculator will generate a recommended size.
I could wear this for a bit. I had a csection and I blew up a lot. But once I was able to put it on it worked great. You could see the immediate progress by the next day. It’s about as comfortable as most waist trainers but I say it’s a win because it does what it says.
I purchased this and the belly shield at about 38 weeks pregnant (for postpartum). The size charts were very accurate and the quality is great. I've seen where it folds or bends for some people but I have not had that problem (yet) and I've been wearing for about 20 hours a day. I put this on later the same day after a vaginal birth and after three days I am almost back to my pre-pregnancy belly. This also really, really helps with my posture and back pain.
At first it was too small but after a couple days with the hospital binder it eventually fit! I do, however, wish I purchased the luxe wrap instead tho. But either way I am super satisfied!
Great quality good price
Well, it’s easy to put on. It’s more convenient than the hospital grade one I got right after my CSection. The support is great, initially, but I feel the straps get loose as you wear (like the shape of them) and it becomes more bulky vs a slim support. Also, be careful not to let the Velcro get stuck as it made the material on top start to pull and fray. I don’t quite think it’s worth the money and it definitely wasn’t worth all the spam ads on my social media! I will say that customer service was good! When I ordered, I must’ve had a mom moment and picked the wrong size; they helped me process a return (though it was a huge bummer to have to pay to return and THEN re-buy, as they would not simply exchange it).
