B.F.F. Belly Wrap
Over a decade ago, we introduced our doctor-recommended Belly Bandit® Belly Wraps to help slim and your support your belly, waist and hips post-delivery. We were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of postpartum belly binding and modernized this age-old practice for today’s moms.
Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we!
Why You'll Love It
The B.F.F. utilizes our Power Compress Core™ to apply targeted compression, which may help:
- Slim and support your belly, waist, and hips
- Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy (especially helpful if you have an abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti)
- Promote mobility, helping you get back to your daily activities more quickly
- Ease back pain
- Provide comfort after C-section
- Encourage better posture, especially important during breastfeeding
- Offer support while exercising
Recommended for those with shorter waists
- Features our exclusive, latex-free Power Compress Core™
- 9” of adjustability so you can continue to tighten the wrap as you size down
- Curved design
- 6 support panels
- 2 compression panels with 2 tabs to customize compression level and fit
- Covered in silky-soft viscose from Bamboo
How To Wear
For optimal results, we recommend wearing the Belly Bandit® B.F.F. Belly Wrap for a minimum of 6-10 weeks after delivery.
The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)
Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That’s ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.

How People Are Wearing
This wrap is absolutely wonderful! I was nervous at first because I went to put it on the day after I delivered and it didn’t fit (followed the sizing guide lines) BUT on the package it says wait a day or two to try again due to swelling and they were totally right, the extra small fit perfect after day two! I am only a week out from delivering and can already fit back into my size 2 prepregnacy jeans and I couldn’t be happier! I’m sure some of it is my own body doing the work but I definitely have to give most of the credit to my BFF Belly Wrap! Another plus is helping with posture throughout the day! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I've always been skeptical of the effectiveness of products like this, but I decided that trying it certainly would not hurt. I am currently 2 weeks postpartum with my second, and, as of today, I have worn the wrap for one week. I am so amazed at the progress I've seen in only seven days. Using the sizing guide, I measured myself and purchased a medium, and that is already too big for me (I am about to upcycle my current wrap and purchase a small). I've gone down 4 inches! I have also noticed progress in the feel of my core area. After delivery, we all have the my-organs-are-all-over-the-place feeling, but this feeling has gone away since wearing the wrap, which is especially huge after having diastasis recti from my first pregnancy. I have also noticed the wrap serving as a great reminder for posture when nursing, sitting, and walking/other activities.
I highly recommend this wrap for all mamas-DR or not!
I am recovering from a C Section and was looking for something to help support my stomach as I’m healing. I used the original wrap after my first child, so thought I would try the BFF the second time around. I have a short torso and even this is too short. It digs into my ribs, especially when I sit down, leaves marks on my skin, and within an hour of the first wear the wrap had permanently wrinkled making it even more uncomfortable. It’s hard to tell if it’s helping shrink my stomach down because I can only wear it for a couple of hours at a time. On the bright side it does give a swimming look under clothes and provides support. Overall, if you’re on the fence, I’d recommend going with the original wrap over the BFF for comfort. For reference, I am 136 lbs postpartum 5’4 and ordered an xs.
I've been wearing my belly bandit for a few hours each day since my daughter was born 3 days ago. It does help me feel a little more put together and is helping my abs heal back together! But I am having issues with it folding in my side, it hurts and even caused a bruise! Am I just having issues adjusting it correctly? Or did anyone else have this problem?
I ordered the BFF one because I'm 5'2" and always have issues with things being too long in the torso. I was excited to use one designed for shorter people. However, it does not fit me as smoothly as hoped. I can close it, so I know the size is right. But, it does not stay down on my hips nor does it cover me as well as it does the model in the photo. For the first time in my life, I appear to be too tall for something! I'm still using it because I appreciate the support, but I have to constantly pull it down/up. I'm a little disappointed. Any help it gives is better than none though!
