B.F.F. Belly Wrap
Over a decade ago, we introduced our doctor-recommended Belly Bandit® Belly Wraps to help slim and your support your belly, waist and hips post-delivery. We were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of postpartum belly binding and modernized this age-old practice for today's moms.
Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we!
Why You'll Love It
The B.F.F. utilizes our Power Compress Core™ to apply targeted compression, which may help:
- Slim and support your belly, waist, and hips
- Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy (especially helpful if you have an abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti)
- Promote mobility, helping you get back to your daily activities more quickly
- Ease back pain
- Provide comfort after C-section
- Encourage better posture, especially important during breastfeeding
- Offer support while exercising
Recommended for those with shorter waists
- Features our exclusive, latex-free Power Compress Core™
- 9" of adjustability so you can continue to tighten the wrap as you size down
- Curved design
- 6 support panels
- 2 compression panels with 2 tabs to customize compression level and fit
- Covered in silky-soft viscose from Bamboo
How To Wear
For optimal results, we recommend wearing the Belly Bandit® B.F.F. Belly Wrap for a minimum of 6-10 weeks after delivery.
The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)
Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.

How People Are Wearing
Bought because the Luxe was sold out until Mid-November. Disappointed due to the roll on top of the band due to the shortness of the actual band. I have a shorter torso, so I thought it would be okay, but this band is incredibly short and I don’t feel confident that it is supportive enough.
I’m very happy with this purchase! I bought the extender with this because I wasn’t sure how big I would end up needing it and would rather have it then not. Also, I love that I could bring this in my hospital bag and wear quickly after birth.
When I see the photos the back of the wrap seems so much bigger tall wise. mine is so short in comparison and the back rolls really bad so I feel like it’s not providing the proper support.
I’ve been wearing this shortly after I gave birth on 10-4 and it helped my back so much. Great support. I have a short torso so this wrap works good for me.
This product is great quality and very durable. I started wearing the wrap 4 weeks postpartum and my biggest regret is that I didn’t plan ahead and start immediately. I had an unplanned c-section and the recovery has been much harder than I could have imagined (especially at the beginning when going from sitting to standing or when walking up stairs). The wrap provides support that is far better than the binder provided in the hospital. It also adjusts as your body changes. I would recommend this product to all!
