We recommend sizing for the Mother Tucker Leggings post- pregnancy. However, if you want to have a pair “hospital bag” ready, we’d suggest ordering one size larger than your pre-pregnancy size.
Of course, every “body” is different, so sizing during pregnancy is tricky. While we can’t guarantee 100% accuracy, we can ensure you’ll be getting some Mother Tuckin’ amazing leggings!

Belly Bandit Bump Support™ Leggings provide lightweight compression from the waist down for slimming and shaping, and have a built-in ribbed panel of fabric that offers gentle support for your growing belly. Our Bump Support™ Leggings also feature WonderWeave™ fabric to help keep lotions and creams on your skin.
Supportive pregnancy leggings alleviate some of the strain caused by your belly growing heavier. By providing a subtle lift, along with gentle compression on your legs, these maternity leggings are a step above the rest.
Maternity leggings with belly support are an awesome tool for the second and third trimester, when you’re feeling especially uncomfortable. Belly Bandit Bump Support™ leggings help energize your legs and lift your belly, so you can feel more like yourself during pregnancy.
Regular leggings are your average, everyday leggings worn before and after pregnancy. Maternity leggings are designed for a pregnant body, with a waistband that can be comfortably worn under or over your growing belly.
Absolutely. Belly Bandit Bump Support™ Leggings are designed for pregnancy, but can also be worn postpartum—either folded underneath the belly or pulled over it for nursing coverage. After delivery, the gentle compression in our maternity support leggings helps promote healthy blood flow as your body heals.
Yes. The ribbed panel of fabric in our maternity support leggings gently lifts your belly. If you’re looking for additional belly support during pregnancy, we recommend the 2-in-1 Bandit™ or the Upsie Belly® belly band.
Most maternity leggings are simply regular leggings that either fall under or over your belly. Belly Bandit offers maternity leggings with belly support built into the fabric, and compression from the waist down that slims and shapes your legs and bum. We also use patented WonderWeave™ technology to alleviate itchy skin and keep your belly moisturized.
Yes! Leg compression during pregnancy is an excellent tool for promoting healthy blood flow and discouraging varicose vein development. Compression leggings like our maternity support leggings are perfect for travel, sitting for long periods of time, and everyday use.
Yes, 100%. Supporting women during and after pregnancy is our specialty, and our maternity leggings with belly support are no exception.
You can begin wearing Belly Bandit Bump Support™ Leggings as soon as you feel comfortable, but you might find them most useful starting in the second trimester (or Month 4) of your pregnancy.
Belly Bandit Bump Support™ Leggings are the best supportive pregnancy leggings for lightweight compression and everyday wear.
I ordered these with the hopes they would support my belly and be comfy, however the cut of the tights are odd and they constantly sag in the crouch. I read all the reviews and followed the sizing recommendations, however I find that the Postpartum Compression support leggings work better. I own 3 pairs.
Pros: Relatively inexpensive compared to other brands like Hatch etc., gives good support for bump, looks attractive/ is firming for butt & legs, fits true to size
Cons: Very uncomfortable crotch seams, the entire garment shifts out of place enough to create friction when walking and you have to periodically hike the leg part and bump part higher to keep the crotch seams in the right place, material is rough to the touch and does not soften after washing, and material feels cheap but looks good (but it should feel as good as it looks).
Overall: While these leggings look good on me, I can't stand wearing them. As a result, I wear them only if all my other maternity leggings are in the wash and even then only for short periods of time to avoid being so uncomfortable constantly adjusting them. Because of my reluctance to wear these, I removed two stars.
Advice to Manufacturer: I think that if these leggings were made of a higher quality material and were seamless (or if the seams were moved) these leggings would be more comfortable and a contender for top favorite in my closet.
I really love these leggings and wish I could buy some for every day! I am 5’5” and 125lbs pre-pregnancy. I am currently 21 weeks and have plenty of room in the belly to grow into these, but they provide plenty of support now too.
- Support level is just right (doesn’t feel too tight or too loose)
- Material: I really like the material and haven’t had issues so far with picking or piling
- Itchy seams: I agree with other reviews that the seams are really itchy and need to be improved. However I don’t have super sensitive skin so it generally doesn’t bother me once I get busy during the day.
I'm 30 weeks and wanted to love these leggings based on reviews but I am hoping my bump grows into them! They seem to run large (or maybe my bump runs small LOL) and throughout the day I have to hike them back up. I was so excited to get them I wore them right away without a proper trial at home so no exchanging sizes. They are definitely comfy so even for around the house lounging they'll be used.
I couldnt wear them at first because the inseam at the crotch and legs were too itchy. But I just wear them inside out now. Super comfy and stretchy when worn inside out! 😂 If you don’t mind having the tag and inseam stitching on the outside, I’d recommend them for third trimester!
