Our famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we! A post pregnancy belly wrap is designed to offer much-needed support through compression technology. Our Original Belly Wrap features a unique Power Compress Core™ that applies 360 degrees of targeted compression around your belly, waist, and hips to keep you feeling secure and supported tucked in and secure. After birth, your body is in a state of healing and recovery. A postpartum belly wrap like the Original Belly Wrap can aid in your recovery by promoting mobility and providing core muscle support.

Fit Tips

The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one. The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's OK. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down. We recommend wearing your Belly Wrap post-delivery as soon as your comfortable, for a minimum of 6-10 weeks. However, many women find wrapping to be effective long after this initial period. If you have any concerns about being "too late" for the Belly Bandit Belly Wrap, we encourage you to check out our Mother Tucker® Shapewear Collection!

How many hours should I wear a postpartum belly wrap?

A postpartum belly wrap can be worn day or night, as long as you’re not experiencing discomfort. The goal is to feel snug and secure. Remove your belly wrap to shower, and whenever you feel like taking a break.

Do postpartum belly wraps really work?

A postpartum belly wrap provides sustained, targeted compression to support your recovery and help you look and feel your best after delivery.

Can I sleep with this belly wrap?

Consult first with your doctor, but we recommend wearing it 24/7 (except when showering) for at least the first six weeks after delivery. Don't continue to use if you experience any discomfort.

Can I use this belly wrap post C-section recovery?

Consult with your doctor before using a belly wrap post C-section.

How do I know which size belly wrap to buy?

We recommend measuring your belly during your eighth month of pregnancy and using the size guide on our website to find your recommended size. Keep in mind that everyone’s body recovers differently after birth.

The Original Belly Wrap also features up to 9 inches of adjustability, making it easy to size down as you progress in your recovery. Note: If you are able to close your new, unworn postpartum belly wrap past the closure, it is too big and will need to be exchanged for a smaller size.

The Spinal Support 👌🏼

This is my second belly band that I have had over the past 8 years of my marriage and our child bearing, and I swear by it! Besides the way that it helps with muscle memory, returning the rib cage to its previous position, and the hips as well- it gives support in your spine that feels so incredibly good after having an epidural and 6 months with a belly/weight in front of you.
Thank heavens for these bands- they truly have made my recoveries so much faster after labor and delivery!

Great product

I haven't used this a ton yet since having my baby, but when I have, the experience has been good. I was worried it would be super uncomfortable to wear but it's not too bad. My biggest issue is I'm not sure if it's supposed to sit higher or lower on my body. Also, I followed the sizing chart and it's a great fit. I'm glad I didn't spend money on the extender because I definitely didn't need it.
