B.F.F. Belly Wrap
Over a decade ago, we introduced our doctor-recommended Belly Bandit® Belly Wraps to help slim and your support your belly, waist and hips post-delivery. We were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of postpartum belly binding and modernized this age-old practice for today’s moms.
Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we!
Why You'll Love It
The B.F.F. utilizes our Power Compress Core™ to apply targeted compression, which may help:
- Slim and support your belly, waist, and hips
- Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy (especially helpful if you have an abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti)
- Promote mobility, helping you get back to your daily activities more quickly
- Ease back pain
- Provide comfort after C-section
- Encourage better posture, especially important during breastfeeding
- Offer support while exercising
Recommended for those with shorter waists
How To Wear
For optimal results, we recommend wearing the Belly Bandit® B.F.F. Belly Wrap for a minimum of 6-10 weeks after delivery.
The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)
Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That’s ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.

How People Are Wearing
I recently bought the BFF belly wrap to use post delivery. I am 7 days postpartum and have been wearing it for as long as I can throughout the day. It helps keep everything supported since my core isn't strong yet, and it's definitely helping shrink my belly back to normal size. I've seen a lot of progress in the few days I've worn it. My only complaint is that the velcro can be scratchy against your skin so I would recommend getting a barrier (or wear a tight tank top underneath) so that it's more comfortable during wear. Put this in your hospital bag!!
This is honestly a must have postpartum. I don't know what I would do without my BFF wrap, it gives so much support and makes me feel so much better. I hate when I have to take it off to take a shower. I also can't believe how much smaller I am already, not even a week postpartum. I would recommend this product to EVERYONE. You need this in your hospital bag.
Wore it on 3rd day postpartum, and totally loved it. It helps a lot with getting up and moving around. I can see that my belly is getting smaller now. Still regret that i didn’t use it after give birth to my first child, because it sure helps a lot.
Love it! On the day of delivery I was 151 lbs, 5.6 height so I ordered size small. It was perfect fit for my size. Huge improvement after 2 weeks, very happy with the results. Two weeks later I am almost ready for XS.
I bought the BFF and was able to put it on (barely) a few days after my c-section. It’s been about two weeks and my stomach has definitely gone down significantly. It has helped with post-op pain and made it much easier to get up, move around, even sneeze/cough/laugh (which are not pleasant to do after a section) My one complaint is that it does seem to get creased after wearing for several days. I know the compression still works but it does impact the comfort slightly as I have to adjust it a lot more. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and will definitely be recommending Belly Bandit to any other expecting moms out there. For reference: I am 5’4 and was 133 pre preggo. At 39 weeks, I was 177 and went with a mediumb
