I tried this on and I wanted to love it. It's super comfortable. However, it caused me to feel pressure between my shoulder blades and upper back. I hadn't had virtually any back pains during my pregnancy, so unfortunately I had to return. I'm about 22 weeks
Helped early on in my pregnancy when my round ligament pain started. The only downside is it rolled if I wasn’t wearing it with the higher waist elastic leggings or pants. But it grew with me throughout the pregnancy.
I am currently 19 weeks pregnant (1st time with twins) (5'2, 125 lbs). The stretchy belly part is still too big so I really can't wear it effectively yet. I'm hoping I can wear it soon!
For reference, I'm 5'4" and now 34 weeks along. I was hoping to love it but it was just too long. It just keeps rolling up in the back. I still wear it cause it does help my pain, but I'd rather use the thighs disguise instead.
I used the measurements to determine and was recommended I get a medium because I wear size 8/10 in pants. But the problem is I have always had a belly and I am scared once I actually start looking pregnant it will be too small. I think I should of gotten the large so I will have more room to grow because It is hard to slip over my hips now.
