How do I know which size I need to buy?

You can easily choose the right size by referencing your dress size. To find your best fit, you will need to measure your waist and the largest part of your hips, then reference the Belly Bandit Corset Sizing Guide to find out which dress size best matches your measurements. You can then easily compare it to the available girdle sizes and pick which size is best for you!

Helpful, smooth, and comfortable

I normally wear a size 4 or 6 pant, I’m currently wearing size 8 with about 20 pounds of baby weight to lose. I ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. I actually wear it over normal underwear so that the hooks at the bottom are not uncomfortable, but I find it easy to pull on and use. It’s amazing for smoothing out the midsection under clothes for work. It has a good amount of compression without feeling too tight.

Great Function, Could Be Better Fit

Really like the concept of this product. It provides some shaping of the tummy area, while also supporting the pelvic floor. I’m in PF therapy after delivering my third baby and PF support is important to combine with any abdominal compression so as not to put additional pressure on your PF. Unfortunately, I think the sizing on this item needs some work. Pre-pregnancy I wore a size 4, so I ordered the size Small. It fits okay, but really lacks abdominal compression to make any bit of visual difference. Due to the nature of the item I washed it before wearing, so I can’t return to see if the size X-Small would have fit better. Very Disappointing. I do like the idea of the product, just wish the sizing was more detailed for better accuracy/fit.

Does the job, but…

Why is this cheeky? I feel like a girdle should be full coverage, it cuts into your butt cheeks in a very awkward way. Have to constantly adjust. Also where the hooks are so you can use the bathroom without taking off is really hard and uncomfortable on the edges. Needs to be a much softer material. I took the 2 stars off for those things. The compression is good. I’m 5’7”, 165 lb, 5 weeks postpartum and medium fits just right, but I’ve only committed to wearing it once because of how uncomfortable it is in the bottom area. If you like your cheeks to be covered like me - this isn’t for you.
