There's nothing more exciting than the journey to motherhood. But the strain of pregnancy on your body and back? Not so exciting. That's why we created the Upsie Belly® pregnancy support band to help provide belly and back support where and when you need it most.

  • Why You'll Love It

Our popular Upsie Belly® was designed to lift your belly, support your back, and stabilize your pelvic area, which can help:

    • Ease back aches by redistributing belly weight and reducing the strain on your back muscles
    • Soothe an aching back with included hot/cold gel pack
    • Alleviate pelvic pain by limiting the mobility of your pelvic joints
    • Relieve pressure on your bladder
    • Increase postural stability, which can weaken during pregnancy as your center of gravity shifts
    • Reduce discomfort during exercise
  • Details Matter
    • Ultra-soft viscose from bamboo fabric
    • SecureStretch™ molds to your body
    • 12" of adjustability with our anti-dig closure
    • Hot/cold therapy gel pack fits neatly into the back pocket

So grateful

I purchased the Upsie Belly after weeks of round ligament pain so painful it landed me in the ER because my dr thought I was in labor. More than once I woke up in the middle of the night screaming into a pillow. A midwife at the hospital recommended a belly band and, after some research, I landed on Belly Bandit.

Since I began wearing the Upsie Belly, and under my dr’s supervision, the intensity of my spasms has dramatically reduced. I still get them, but the Upsie Belly has reduced their severity by orders of magnitude. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to all expecting mothers.

Great support!

I spend most of my time on my feet working in the emergency department and the Upsie Belly SAVED me! Not only does it help relieve my back pain, but it provides much needed support. So happy with my purchase!

Awesome product

Have been wearing since I was 30 weeks (now 33). I’m 5’3” and 160 lbs prego (about 130 before prego) an ordered a medium according to the size chart. Wish I would have ordered a small because I only have about 4in of space in the Velcro before I wouldn’t be able to tighten it anymore, but I do still have a couple months left so the plus side is room to grow is good, at least it’s not too small. I love to wear this when I workout and walk a lot, it helps a ton with relieving the annoyances of Braxton Hicks. I have to unvelcro it when I sit down for long periods of time because the tightness is uncomfortable when you’re not moving around. Since I have a sit down job at work I don’t wear it to work. Would definitely recommend to others.

Give it a chance

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I’ve always carried my babies very low. I work as a RN so I’m on my feet constantly. Around 26 weeks I was starting to have bad lower abdominal pain, lower back pain and cramping, So I did my research and found upsie belly band. After first I didn’t like it and was ready to return it but I really wanted it to work so I wore it a couple more times. I think I just had to get use to having something hugging on me. Now I wear it all day without even noticing it. I’m no longer experiencing any of the pains I had before. This thing was well worth the money!
