To use Belly Bandit C-Section Scar Defense, first wash and dry areas to be treated. Remove the backing and apply it with adhesive directly on the skin. You should wear it at least 12 hours a day for maximum benefit; and it can be worn overnight. Gently wash after each use to maintain adhesive. To customize fit, place the strip along your scar and trim to desired length before removing plastic backing.

Yes, Our Belly Bandit C-Section Scar Defense is reusable, and can be washed and reused up to 10 times. To clean, hand wash in warm water with gentle soap and lay flat with adhesive side up to dry. When not in use, store on the provided reusable clear plastic, and if sheets lose stickiness, wash with mild soap and cool water.
Do C-section scars fade completely?
C-section scars do not go away completely. They can fade on their own with time or with treatments, but a visible line is often left.
Can C-Section scars be healed?
Yes, C-section scars heal. However, it does take time. By two weeks post birth, your scar should look and feel much better. That said, it can take anywhere from six weeks to three months before you're fully healed and able to resume full range of movement.
