B.F.F. Belly Wrap
B.F.F. Belly Wrap
Over a decade ago, we introduced our doctor-recommended Belly Bandit® Belly Wraps to help slim and your support your belly, waist and hips post-delivery. We were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of postpartum belly binding and modernized this age-old practice for today's moms.
Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we!
*Belly Bandit® is the premiere FDA Registered Medical Device brand in Maternity Support Products and Postpartum Belly Wraps and Corsets.
The B.F.F. utilizes our Power Compress Core™ to apply targeted compression, which may help:
- Slim and support your belly, waist, and hips
- Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy (especially helpful if you have an abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti)
- Promote mobility, helping you get back to your daily activities more quickly
- Ease back pain
- Provide comfort after C-section
- Encourage better posture, especially important during breastfeeding
- Offer support while exercising
Recommended for those with shorter waists
- Features our exclusive, latex-free Power Compress Core™
- 9" of adjustability so you can continue to tighten the wrap as you size down
- Curved design
- 6 support panels
- 2 compression panels with 2 tabs to customize compression level and fit
- Covered in silky-soft viscose from Bamboo
The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)
Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.
WHEN TO WEAR
We recommend wearing your Belly Wrap immediately post-delivery, for a minimum of 6-10 weeks. However, many women find wrapping to be effective long after this initial period. If you're breastfeeding, the hormone relaxin may stay in your system longer, giving you even more time to benefit from postpartum compression. Some cultures bind up to a year post delivery!
If you have any concerns about being "too late" for the Belly Bandit Belly Wrap, we encourage you to check out our Mother Tucker® Shapewear Collection. The Mother Tucker line features compression tanks, leggings, shorts, and our popular Mother Tucker Corset.

Finding Your Size
Please note, every “body” is different and determining your postpartum Belly Wrap size is not an exact science. Measure around your belly at the largest part, which is usually around the belly button. In the sizing calculator, select your week of pregnancy and belly measurement. The calculator will generate a recommended size.
I bought this for my daughter after she had her first baby. She’s been wearing it for 3 weeks with phenomenal results!!
This wrap is very uncomfortable and I just couldn't wear it all the time like you're supposed to. It creases and folds as you wear it which is very annoying and makes it impossible to return because it looks "used" after one wear. Another reason it was so uncomfortable was the horrible muffin-top this wrap caused. I am 5'9" and should have purchased the longer Luxe wrap because this one is too short on me and the muffin-top above or below is so uncomfortable! Overall disappointed in this product and how much I spent on it.
I am a kidney failure medsurg nurse and worked up until giving birth. My round belly was very heavy and there was lots of strain on my abdomen from being on my feet for 13 hours a day, some days with no break at all do to the pandemic. Having large babies I can attest to the difficulty of regaining your abdomen after delivery, and I believe that this support belt did just that. This is me 3 weeks post-partum after wearing the belly bandit bff! The look on my face says it all! I never would have thought that after giving birth to all my children, let alone this child who weighed 8lb 6oz and was 22in I would be almost fully recovered so quickly! I gave birth at 145 in the morning and put my bff on at 6am and only take it off to shower. It was scary and difficult giving birth during this pandemic but with my BFF I can certainly say I received the support I desperately needed. Thank you Heather, mom of 4 boys.
I bought this along with the extender at 38 weeks pregnant. After giving birth to my first I was pretty worried about how I would look and handle getting back to pre-pregnancy weight. I wore the BFF wrap for 2 weeks everyday, and the support it gave me helped tremendously! Not to mention I was below my pre-pregnancy weight within 2 weeks! Though I'm sure the breast feeding helps lol. The only thing I am annoyed at is after about 8 days of consecutive wear, the support stick things began bending into my waist, which became quite uncomfortable and the only reason I am no longer wearing it.
This is the fastest I've ever bounced back in a pregnancy.😁😄 This is also the first time I've ever used a postpartum belly wrap!! I'm pretty amazed at how quickly my stomach has gone down!😱😱😱. For reference, I have been using B.F.F. bamboo/viscose wrap size small, designed for shorter torso women. I'm 5"3 & weighed 125 before pregnancy, 148 at delivery. For the record I've exercised & ate healthy with every pregnancy, so I know this wrap has definitely helped my belly go down even quicker. I'm very pleased with my results.🙂 Check for yourself. People can't believe I just had a baby!😱
