MACHINE WASH COLD
Proof undies have strong protection, but should be washed gently. Machine wash in cold water on a delicate cycle, using gentle detergents. To sanitize and refresh, use a few drops of tea tree oil or vinegar in the rinse cycle of your washing machine. Hand washing in cold water works, too!

Do not use hot water, harsh detergents, softeners, or bleach when washing as these may compromise the Leak-Loc^® technology.

HANG UNTIL DRY
Once finished washing, hang or lay flat to dry. Depending on absorbency level, Proof’s multilayered technology can take between 6-24 hours to dry. To dry more quickly, blot any excess moisture and hang dry.

Love it!! Perfect during pregnancy!

I’ve been looking for leak-resistant underwear that wouldn’t be so bulky and these really are exactly what I was looking for. I’ve tried other brands but they are way too thick and very uncomfortable when walking. These on the other hand are perfect and you barely feel them on. The absorbency if great for pregnancy leaks/discharge.

For reference Im 5’6”, pre pregnancy 136lbs, currently 154lbs at 33 weeks pregnant and I purchased a Small which is my pre pregnancy size and it fits great! It does roll down a little bit under my belly but it doesn’t bother me at all. I would definitely recommend them :)
