Top FAQs

What makes Belly Bandit maternity wear better than other brands?

As a for women, by women company, we know that the motherhood journey requires products that go above and beyond! All of our maternity wear has been tested and doctor approved to ensure that they provide the ultimate in support, comfort, and ease of use.

What are some key materials Belly Bandit maternity wear is made out of?

Many of our maternity products, the Belly Boost, Thighs Disguise, Bump Support Bodysuit, B.D.A Tank and Flawless Belly feature our WonderWeave™ technology, which keeps lotions and creams on your body to help fight stretch marks and hydrate dry, itchy pregnancy skin. Our Upsie Belly is covered in viscose from bamboo, so it’s ultra-soft and comfy against the skin.

What week do you start wearing maternity clothes?

This is a great question, and the answer is it varies widely from woman to woman. Some moms-to-be “pop” early and look for maternity clothes in the first trimester, while others find they don’t need maternity clothes until much later in their pregnancy. The good news, whenever you’re ready, Belly Bandit has a wide variety of products that grow-with-you throughout your pregnancy!

What maternity clothes do I really need?

It’s always great to have some maternity basics! We’d suggest starting with leggings, a supportive maternity belly belt, tanks for layering, compression socks, and some comfy grow-with-you bras!

What types of maternity bras does Belly Bandit carry?

Belly Bandit offers a variety of options when it comes to maternity bras. For example, our B.D.A. Bra and Anti Bra are both wireless and can be worn day or night. Some women start using nursing bras toward the end of their pregnancy, and our Bandita Nursing Bra and Active Support Nursing Sports Bra both feature a grow-with-you design to adapt to your changing breast size easily.

What types of maternity belly bands does Belly Bandit carry?

Belly Bandit offers two maternity belly bands. The Upsie Belly and the 2-in-1 Bandit can both be worn during pregnancy for belly support. The Upsie is excellent if you need heavy-duty belly and back support. The Upsie also comes with a hot/cold pack to provide additional relief. The 2-in-1 is a lightweight band and provides moderate belly support. It’s a great band if you want something that you can wear under clothes or while exercising. Additionally, it can be worn post-pregnancy for hip compression.
