B.F.F. Belly Wrap
Over a decade ago, we introduced our doctor-recommended Belly Bandit® Belly Wraps to help slim and your support your belly, waist and hips post-delivery. We were inspired by the centuries-old tradition of postpartum belly binding and modernized this age-old practice for today's moms.
Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we!
Why You'll Love It
The B.F.F. utilizes our Power Compress Core™ to apply targeted compression, which may help:
- Slim and support your belly, waist, and hips
- Strengthen core muscles weakened during pregnancy (especially helpful if you have an abdominal separation, also called diastasis recti)
- Promote mobility, helping you get back to your daily activities more quickly
- Ease back pain
- Provide comfort after C-section
- Encourage better posture, especially important during breastfeeding
- Offer support while exercising
Recommended for those with shorter waists
- Features our exclusive, latex-free Power Compress Core™
- 9" of adjustability so you can continue to tighten the wrap as you size down
- Curved design
- 6 support panels
- 2 compression panels with 2 tabs to customize compression level and fit
- Covered in silky-soft viscose from Bamboo
How To Wear
For optimal results, we recommend wearing the Belly Bandit® B.F.F. Belly Wrap for a minimum of 6-10 weeks after delivery.
The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with constant pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. (If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.)
Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's ok. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.

How People Are Wearing
Absolutely love it.
I really like the compression the bff wrap has but it’s it covers a smaller area than I would like. I also recently purchased the mother tucker and found that to cover a larger area and is hidden better under clothing. Both great products depending on what your looking for.
B.F.F. Belly Wrap
I really wanted to love this belly wrap.
First the official calculator recommended the size Small for me. I got it when the mother’s day sale started so the price was very convenient. I was 36 weeks pregnant by then.
When I finally delivered my baby , I had a vaginal delivery so I wanted to start wearing it right away. To my surprise the wrap was way to small. I contacted them to exchange it but they said it’s not possible to exchange it , instead I had to return mine and repurchase the size M wich would mean paying more than what I paid for mine.
So I patiently waited a few days to shrink and started wearing it , now I can close it , just like the video shows. But it makes my back come out of it in a horrible way. O don’t like how it shapes the torso at all. It’s not flattering I feel the compression on my belly, but its so tight that the line makes my back look like a tire around me. And you have to know I wear size small and sometimes extra small on tops so it’s not that I have fat in my back. The wrap should go all the way to the top under the breasts, or the upper part should not mark the body like that.
Of course the perfect skinny top model wearing it on the picture doesn’t look like that but 2 or 3 weeks postpartum you cant have a flat belly and a big roll in your back . I can’t wear it with t shirts or any top or dress if it’s not loose enough to hide the roll on my back.
So to me the wrap its not doing what it’s supposed to. And I regret spending that much money on it instead of getting a regular waist trainer that goes all the way to the top and costs half the money.
After reviewing the reviews and Belly Bandit size chart I decided to go with a medium. I'm 5'8, 160lbs. I could not get it around my waist so I had to return it. I also wish the return policy was easier to exchange but instead they want you to return it and then reorder your right size. I opted on not buying it online and will try to find it in a store near me.
