Definitely worth it!

This extender is not only great if you're not sure about sizing, it's also really helpful to keep the velcro pad on your belly wrap clean and sharp - you can adjust everything from the extender, and then when it wears out you can just replace that part instead of the whole wrap. Great design!

Worth It

If you're getting a belly binder, just get this. It's worth it. You'll want the extra room if you're wearing your belly binder immediately after c section due to all of the swelling and fluid you retain. You'll be a little bigger than the size chart post-op and the extender gives you just enough extra space to be able to wear the binder until the swelling goes down.
