How To Wear

It’s a great idea to put your socks on first thing in the morning before any swelling occurs. If you’re already experiencing swelling, lay down and rest your legs on an elevated pillow for about 15 minutes to help reduce swelling before putting your socks on. Cornstarch or talcum powder can help compression socks slide on when your skin is either moist or too dry (Psssst…Not a great idea to try and put these on if you've first put lotion on your feet or legs).

Put your arm all the way into your compression socks. Especially for knee-high socks, your arm will go all the way in until your palm is on the heel of the sock.  Pinch the middle of the heel of the sock, now pull the top of your sock down your arm so it’s flipped inside out.  When you reach your thumb (while still holding the heel of the sock) this gives you easy access to put it on your foot.  Now, slip your foot in and try rolling the sock up towards your knee.

Love these!

I was skeptical about purchasing these as they are a little more on the costly side. However, I got the three-pack and have no regrets! I love that the socks come all the way up to my knee (I’m about 5’5). I struggled with swollen feet/ankles with my first pregnancy and I used a different compression sock. Those helped, but not as well as these. Plus they are cute.

I will say that it’s important to order the correct size. I wear a size 8.5 shoe. I ordered 2 pair in size one, and one pair of size two. Size 1 is a much better fit. I can still wear size 2, but the fit is a little uncomfortable.

This is my second pregnancy and even when slide these on when I feel my feet on the verge of swelling, these socks help control the swelling and restore a level of normalcy and comfort. Overall, I would highly recommend these socks!

Great compression

These socks provide the right amount of compression. Other socks I've tried have been a bit too tight but these seem perfect! They're cute too!

Compression socks

I wear these when I work at the office and they really keep my lower legs from getting edema like they used to before I started wearing these socks. They also keep my feet cool. Just wish they were a bit more affordable! I haven't had to wash them several times yet so not sure how they will stand that in terms of their longevity and compression ability but we will see.

Great socks!

I love these socks and have been wearing them almost daily for the past couple weeks. As with all compression socks, they key is putting them on correctly: gather the sock all the way down to the toe, then put on over your foot and pull up. I will continue wearing these throughout pregnancy (and should probably do it all the time since I sit at a computer all day) to prevent swelling and vein issues.
