Order Processing
Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order before it is shipped by selected shipping method. If you would like an update on your order, please call the Customer Service number listed and a member of our staff will update you on your order.
NOTE: National holidays that affect the delivery of UPS/Fed Ex may delay your order by 1-2 days.

Computer monitors display colors differently. The actual color of our products and inks may be slightly different from that which is displayed on your monitor.

Our shopping cart is fully secure. Please refer to our Privacy and Security information for further information.

We are not responsible for the loss of your order by failed delivery. In no case shall we issue a refund or free replacement for an order where the carrier can provide delivery confirmation. All of our shipments can be tracked from our manufacturing facilities to the delivery address.

At the current time we only ship to physical addresses within the United States, (no PO Boxes, please).

Return and Exchange Policy

Belly Bandit™ stands behind its merchandise and services 100%.  If the wrong size has been shipped in our error, we will gladly send you a prepaid shipping label for the exchange or you can ship it back and we’ll credit your card the freight amount. Once the item is returned to us in same condition and packaging, we will ship out the new size.

All exchanges for sizes must be made within 10 days of original receipt of purchase.  Receipt of the item for exchange must be received prior to the new size being shipped out.

If you order the wrong size in error, we will gladly exchange it for you upon delivery back to our offices of the unworn and unused item in the original packaging accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RA number) written on the outside of the box. You will be responsible for the freight both inbound and outbound.

We do not issue refunds on this item, however if you are not completely satisfied with your order please follow the steps below to receive a credit if it is within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. No exchanges will be made on sale items or personalized merchandise.

To Process an Exchange
1) Call our Customer Service at 800.80.BELLY during business hours, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm Pacific Standard Time. After business hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned the next business day.

2) Belly Bandit will issue you a RA Number. Merchandise must be shipped back to:

You must write your RA Number on the outside of your box that you are shipping back to us. The merchandise must be returned unused, unworn and in original packaging.

3) All returns must be sent via Fed Ex, UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package and requires a signature upon delivery. Your return will not be accepted if you have not been issued a RA Number or if sent C.O.D.

4) Sale items and customized merchandise cannot be exchanged for credit.

5) Once your merchandise is received by Belly BanditT, you will be issued a credit via email. Credits can only be redeemed over the phone by calling the Customer Service numbers listed above.

6) Personalized items. If we make an error manufacturing your personalized item, we will happily replace it for you. Errors in personalized items must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. If we have made no error, personalized items cannot be returned. We are not responsible for errors in your original copy or print instructions.

7) Shipping charges will not be refunded on any exchanges. No allowances, refunds, credits, exchanges or other adjustments may be made for items not returned within 7 days from receipt of your order.

8) Damaged goods. If, upon receipt, you find that your order has been damaged, please call Customer Service immediately, using the contact information provided on this web site. All shipping damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.

We work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, from time to time, despite our best efforts and intentions, errors do happen. When they do, we will replace the item without hesitation. Belly BanditT shall not be held liable, in any way, for consequential or inconsequential damages or losses sustained, or aggravated, after you receive your order and use the merchandise purchased.

All claims and disputes arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Site, other than actions for specific performance or injunctive relief brought by Belly Bandit shall be exclusively brought in the federal, state, or local courts located in Michigan and, with regard to such claims and disputes, you hereby irrevocably (i) submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction over you by those courts and (ii) waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. Any cause of action you may have with respect to the Content, Site or this Agreement must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it will be barred. Shipping Rates/Information

Standard USA Ground Delivery/Handling Charges
Oversized items such as gift baskets and welcome wagons will ship separately and will require additional shipping charges due to larger dimensions and weight. FedEx Ground can take up to 8 business days to deliver. FedEx does not deliver on weekends nor do they consider weekends business days. FedEx also reserves the right to one day of package processing. FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide an alternate address if you have a PO Box.

The FedEx shipping services we offer are: Overnight, 2Day, 3Day, and Ground. Prices will vary depending on location and weight of order. As Belly BanditT has several different warehouses throughout the U.S., you may receive your order in more than one shipment.

General Information
All shipments are shipped from our warehouses in different locations in the United States. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays and weekends. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible. We do reserve the right to have one or two days of order processing to verify and validate card holder information and shipping information. If the card holder's information cannot be verified or validated, you will be contacted. Personalized items may take longer.

Address corrections/invalid addresses
Because we are charged an additional $10.00 from our shipping provider there will be an additional charge to your account if your package is returned to us because of an invalid address or missing information within the address.

Out of Stock Items
Due to high demand, occasionally we run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you via email. If no response is received in 24 hours, we will ship as is. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.
